Excavator four-wheel belt product test
As an important mechanical equipment in engineering construction, the excavator's "four-wheel belt" (driving wheel, guiding wheel, weight wheel, support wheel and track) is directly related to the excavator's working performance and walking performance, and its weight and manufacturing cost account for a quarter of the excavator's manufacturing cost. In order to ensure product quality and provide customers with superior performance products, we carry out comprehensive and rigorous testing of the four-wheel belt of the excavator.
This test aims to comprehensively evaluate the performance indicators of the four-wheel belt products under different working conditions, including wear resistance, durability, reliability, etc., to provide a scientific basis for product optimization and quality improvement, and to show customers the high quality and excellent performance of the products.
The four-wheel belt we tested was mounted on an excavator for long periods of walking and working in different simulated ground environments. On the rocky ground, the driving wheels and tracks are subjected to great friction and impact, and after a period of testing, their surfaces are carefully examined. Guide wheels, support wheels and support wheels are also exposed to varying degrees of wear in sandy and muddy environments, and these components are regularly measured and documented.
